Grill and Chill this August with these summer time recipes from our Bulk Herb & Spice Department!
Organic Lavender Flowers
Fruity Floral Pops
Pour 2 cups boiling water over:
½ cup organic Jasmine Green Tea
2 Tablespoons dried organic Lavender
Let steep for 5-10 minutes and then strain.
Add:
3 Tablespoons local, organic honey
¼ - ½ cup fruit juice
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

Organic Chili Powder
Farmers Market Corn with Chile and Lime
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin Seed 1.76 oz.
1/2 teaspoon Organic Chili Powder 1.94 oz.
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Granules 2.68 oz.
1/4 teaspoon Ground Coriander Seed 1.66 oz.
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
6 ears fresh corn on the cob, shucked and rinsed
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to high. Combine spices in small bowl. Toast in hot skillet, shaking skillet or stirring constantly, until aromatic, about 30 seconds. Combine oil, juice, salt, and toasted spices in small bowl. Set aside.
2. Shake water off corn. Grill, turning occasionally until kernels begin to blacken and pop. Remove to platter and brush with chile mixture. Serve immediately.
