Lemon balm. This long cherished herb belongs to the mint family and has many healing properties. Not only does lemon balm give a pleasant, lemony scent, with a hint of mint, it has many medicinal qualities. Lemon balm has long been used to reduce anxiety, promote sleep and improve digestion. Nutritionally speaking, lemon balm is also an incredible antioxidant. Lemon balm has been proven to improve mental health and lower stress. Directions: Roughly chop up the fruit and botanical combination of your choice. Add ingredients to a glass pitcher or infuser bottle and top with cold water. Let steep for five minutes or more before enjoying. For safety, infused water should be changed daily if left to sit out at room temperature, or can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
