Ingredients:
- 1 clean jar with lid
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (1/2 cup = 1/2 jar)
- 1 cup Milk (substitute almond milk if wanted)
- 2 Tbsp Nuts or Seeds
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp Honey
- Slices of your favorite fruit (optional)
Instructions:
- Throw everything in a jar, screw the lid on top, shake, and off it goes into the fridge. The next morning add a dash of milk, a sweetener (if you want) and enjoy !
