MaMa Jean's in-house loyalty program

What it is:
MaMa Jean’s Greens (MJG) is our free, in-house loyalty program, designed to reward our loyal customers. When you sign up, you receive a card which we scan with each MaMa Jean’s purchase to give you points ($1 spent before tax = 1 point) every time you shop with us. These points earn you MaMa Jean’s store credit.

How it works:
Present this card to your cashier with every purchase and have points automatically added to your card. For every 200 points you earn ($200 before tax), you receive a $5 credit. It’s that easy! This credit can be used toward anything at MaMa Jean’s. Once you’ve earned your $5 credit, your cashier will automatically apply it toward your next purchase. In order to claim your $5 reward, your purchase must exceed $5 before tax

How to sign up:
Any cashier can sign you up for MJG. You will need to fill out a very short form and will receive a card as soon as you turn it in. To protect your information, this info NEVER LEAVES MAMA JEAN’S. As a security measure, we process all card information in-house. As a result, there is an activation wait time of up to 72 hours. Even though you get your card immediately, your points will not begin to accumulate until your info is attached to your card and it is activated.

What happens if I forget my card?
No problem! We can look up your MJG info at the registers with your name and phone number.
Can I save up my credits?
Your rewards are given as they come in.  If you happen to make a purchase large enough to accumulate multiple $5 rewards, you may return to find you have more than $5 reward. (Lucky you!) Your rewards do cap off at $20, so you’re going to want to use them while you’ve got ‘em.
Can my significant other/ roommate also use my card?
Yes. If you want to share a card with members of your household, that is your choice, but keep in mind that you may also be sharing your $5 rewards with them.
My cashier forgot to ask if I had a MJG card. Can I get my points?
If you realize, after your purchase, that you did not receive points, you may bring your receipt to your cashier to have the points added to your account. This must be done the same day as your purchase. It may take up to 72 hours to process this addition, as it is done manually. You may not apply points from purchases made before your card is activated.
Do you use my info to contact me?
Only if absolutely necessary (special order pick-up, contest winner, etc). We will never sell or share this info.
